Post submitted by Ray Wyland, Ride Coordinator for VCOS and the Hooligan SC
The ride started off by meeting up at Central Cinema and watching a movie about people riding Vespa Scooters. That movie of course is Roman Holiday. It was really cool to see the movie on the big screen. The print of the film looked great!
Central Cinema is a cool place to watch a movie, reason being is that they serve food and drinks while you enjoy the film. About 15 of us showed up for the film and we all applauded every time a scooter came on the screen.
After the movie, half of the group had to go home to their lives, the other half took an awesome summer ride down along Lake Washington through Rainer Beach and finally to Jimmy Mac’s in Renton. After a couple drinks and food, we headed up through Tukwila, Boeing Field, Georgetown and finally breaking off to head our separate ways to where the rest of us call home.
Great event, thanks to everyone who made it out!
